FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $49 or more!
We ship to mainland US and Canada only. Additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. 

All prices are in US currency

Orders are usually shipped in 1-2 business days from our facilities. Once an order is processed and sent out, a shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to you.

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible. If you would like to make any changes or updates to your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request providing your order has not already shipped. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

Shipping details:
There is a flat rate for orders under $49.

Military Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy

We ship to valid APO, FPO, DPO and DND military addresses.

Please select the Military Shipping option, for security reasons, only minimal tracking information is available.
We cannot offer tracking of military parcels but most military packages are delivered with minimal delay.
Occasionally, location, military security protocols or external factors may increase the delivery time.

When shipping to a Military address, please use the following format when completing your shipping address:

US Forces:

Joe Smith
Address Line 1
Address Line 2 (as needed)
APO, AP 91645-0000 (ZIP code for your location)
USA

*The 4-digit ZIP code extension is required for all military addresses, please enter this extension when placing your order.
No need to enter the actual city, state, or country where you are located, just the APO, DPO, or FPO for the city and AA, AP, or AE for the state. 

 

Canadian Forces: 

For service members in Canada, please include your:

Overseas packages will arrive in plain brown boxes.

Return policy

Stated below are iSmart Nutrition return policies. Please carefully read below.

No Refunds/Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, the wrong product, the wrong size or format, the wrong style or color, is only possible if the shipper “iSmart Nutrition” made the mistake, provided that the items are unopened, unused, unworn, unlaundered and in their original packaging.

All claims for damages, defects, or shortages must be made within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise.

Damage/defect claims made after 10 days of receiving the merchandise will not be honoured.

All sales are final and shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.

Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed.

No cancellations are accepted after the shipment of orders.

Shipping costs for all return items must be paid by customer.

All returns must include a RA# (Return Authorization). Please contact us for a RA#. Returns without a return authorization number will be declined and shipped back to sender.

Steps to return:

1)      Contact iSmart Nutrition. either by phone (1-888-878-0886) or by email (cs@ismartnutrition.com) to communicate with a Representative.

2)      We will provide you with a Return Authorization email including a Return Authorization number (RA#)

3)      Print and include this email in your return package

4)      Return packages are to be sent to the address below.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to goods during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
